Vanessa Gainsborg, formerly Vanessa Badal, began her journey over 24 years ago in New York City. With a background in business management and customer relations, the idea of exploring the amazing, ever-advancing world of dentistry was too exciting to pass up. 

Learning Dentistry from the ground up, she was able to master all administrative positions including Receptionist, Insurance Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, Front Office Manager, Office Manager, Manager of multiple locations, Certified Dentrix/Easy Dental Trainer, Sales Person (Dentrix, Dexis, Digital Equipment, etc), Owner/Consultant (2008) and Dental Practice Business Partner.

Our desire to take Practice Management and Systems to the next level helped mold our philosophy, which is that it is possible to bring offices into the future by creating an environment that allows the entire team to unite, thrive and achieve excellence.
